This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, retain, share, and delete your personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

Axis Digital Hub accesses, collects, and/or processes the following categories of user data:
2.1 Registration and Account Data
- Name, email address, phone number
- Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form only)
- Authentication tokens
2.2 Profile Data
- Profile picture, bio text
- Education, professional qualifications
- Date of birth, address, company information
2.3 Health and Wellness Data
The App may access and collect health-related data, including but not limited to:
- Agricultural health and safety records (in the context of farm/agricultural management features)
- Wellness preferences and activity data entered by users
- Any health-related information voluntarily provided through forms, profiles, or messages
How we use Health Data: Health-related data is used solely to provide the features and services you have requested within the App. We do not sell health data to third parties. Health data is processed based on your explicit consent and is stored securely with the same protections as all other personal data described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of health data at any time (see Section 9 below).
2.4 Transaction Data
- Ordered services, purchase history
- Payment information (bank card details are processed securely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers)

- GPS coordinates (only when explicitly permitted by the user)

3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Verifying and authenticating user identity
- Providing services and managing user accounts
- Processing payment transactions
- Providing customer support and assistance
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Platform
- Sending push notifications (with your consent)
- Marketing communication (based on consent)
- Displaying personalized content and advertisements

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

5. Data Storage and Security
We store user data on secure, encrypted servers provided by Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), located in the European Union. To protect your data, we implement the following measures:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt/scrypt)
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Role-based access control for internal systems
- Security incident detection and response procedures
- Regular data backups with encrypted storage
6. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform — Cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics, push notifications, and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy Policy

- Other service providers: Hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytical tools (based on data processing agreements)
- Legal obligation: When required by law, court order, or government authority request
- With your consent: Sharing with third parties only with your explicit agreement
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically to Google's data centers. Such transfers are protected by:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Google's compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
- Adequate safeguards as required by the GDPR
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specific retention periods are as follows:

After the applicable retention period expires, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including all backups, within a reasonable timeframe (no more than 30 additional days).
9. How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can do this through the following methods:
- In-App deletion: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Email request: Send an email to info@pixelgrid.hu with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
- Selective deletion: You can delete specific data (e.g., messages, profile information, health data) from within the App's settings without deleting your entire account.
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:
- Verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion
- Delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days
- Remove your data from backups within 30 additional days
- Confirm the deletion via email
Note: Certain data may be retained beyond the deletion request if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes for up to 7 years).
10. User Rights Under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws (Act CXII of 2011), you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): Restrict processing of your data
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): Receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Object to data processing based on legitimate interest, including personalized advertising
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw any previously given consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal

11. Children's Privacy
Axis Digital Hub is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.
12. Cookie Policy
When accessed via a web browser, Axis Digital Hub uses cookies to improve the user experience and ensure the proper functioning of the platform. Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies: Required for basic platform functionality (session management, authentication)
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the platform (Google Analytics)
- Advertising cookies: Used to display relevant advertisements (Google AdMob)
You can control cookie acceptance through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
13. Push Notifications
With your consent, we may send push notifications to your device. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App's notification settings.
14. Data Breach Management
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the relevant supervisory authority (NAIH) within 72 hours
- Notify affected users without undue delay
- Provide details about the breach, its likely consequences, and the measures taken to address it

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
